- All products manufactured by Dtron are covered by a
standard warranty period of 12 months from the date of invoice.

Products that are confirmed to be faulty and are within the warranty period will be replaced or
repaired at no cost, provided that the damage is not due to misuse, negligence, or malicious intent.

Handling fees are set at 12%, with a maximum limit of R190 (excluding VAT) per item.

If a product is returned under warranty and no fault is found, a handling fee will apply.
- Handling fees do not apply to faulty goods exchanged under warranty.
- Custom-made products or special orders may not be returned for credit.
